GWM Lawyers save thousands by investing in Fuji Xerox Technology

GWM lawyers director Loris Hendy approached the Xerox Shop expressing that her current photocopier was somewhat unreliable and quality wasn't as good as it could be ( in fact, the print was rubbing off the page).

It was decided then that the xerox shop would go in and do an assessment of GWM lawyers printing costs, quality of printing and what was needed to improve the current situation.

After meeting with Loris, Donna the business manager and other staff member to understand their needs, our qualified consultant Aidan Daly was able to offer GWMlawyers a new photocopier solution, that not only offered them a reliable printing and copier solution, but has also improved the document production processes, increased staff productivity and saved them money.

In fact, even though their initial investment was higher than that of their previous supplier, we were able to save GWM lawyers in excess of $10,800 in maintenance and consumable costs.

We were also able to offer a software solution that integrates with the Fuji Xerox multifunction device and the customer's network to enable the customer to manage their documents more securely, create a data recovery plan in case of a disaster and at the same time work directly with GWM lawyers existing software packages so that their filing and document storage processes were simplified and easier to get to, without jeopardising security or confidentiality.
