Offering a rated speed of 20 ppm inboth colour and black, the Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-IV C2260 proved to be an exceptional overall performer in BLI’s Field Test, earning an overall rating of Four and a Half Stars out of a possible Five Stars. Designed for small & medium size
businesses, the device features standardcopy, print and scan capabilities, as well as optional network fax andPC fax.

The DocuCentre-IV C2260 offers a standard memory capacity of 1 GB(upgradeable to 2 GB) and an 80-GBhard drive that is shared with the entire system. Featuring the smallest footprint among its competitors, colour copy productivity was excellent, with first-copy times that were among the fastest for the group along with an efficiency rating when copying multiple sets that was among the highest for the group in both single-sided and double-sided modes.

Regarding print pro¬ductivity, job stream efficiency, which simulates real-worldusage of the device, was among the highest for the group in both colour and black.

Colour print image quality was found to be excellent for photographic image output and very good for business graphics.

Black image quality was also excellent overall, standing out with superior half tonerange and solids for both print and copy.

Control panel programming was simple and intuitive, as were procedures for replacing toner and drums, and well as for removing misfeeds.The print drivers offer robust capabilities,as well as a similar look and feel for thePCL 6 and Adobe PostScript 3 drivers.
